Likewise, if your spouse were to file bankruptcy after divorce, we can advise you as to the discharge of divorce related debt.

We also are active in non-profit corporate representation, including Churches. Non-profit organizations have numerous legal needs as well as for profit organizations. With the addition of faith-based money and the activities that churches can pursue, this is a new and exciting area of the law. We have programs available for churches and pastors.

I am the son of a Detective or a "gold shield" who served in the New York City police department for over 20 years and retired from the United States Postal Service as the oldest mailman in the United States.
