Our firm provides a free credit report and financial seminars to our clients. The seminars are for clients who are seeking a divorce and/or filing bankruptcy. These are very helpful and informative.

My firm also strives to improve civil rights for all citizens. As an affiliated attorney with the American Center of Law and Justice ("ACLJ"), we work towards establishing religious freedom. We also pursue civil rights actions resulting from police misconduct. For example, we represented Brenton L. Butler in the civil action against the City of Jacksonville and the individual officers. We filed a lengthy complaint in Federal Court, which is included on this site. If you review it, you will see both the complexity of the case and the intense lawyering that went into prosecuting that case. We were successful and obtained a settlement of $775,000.00 which was one of the largest in the history of the City of Jacksonville. We appeared on the Montel Williams Show along with the Butler family to tell his tragic story. His struggle for civil rights is our struggle. As Alexander Hamilton once said, "the administration of justice is a nation's highest responsibility." We will continue to work to improve the quality of the administration justice in this City.
